FLUID MECHANICS

We have extensive know-how in the field of optical systems for planar or structured laser illumination and mono- or multi-camera imaging systems for fluid mechanics laboratories. Our products are typically used in PIV (Particle Image Velocimetry) measurement, tomography, free surface mapping, and optical probes for wave height measurement.

HIGH POWER LASER FIBER COUPLING

 

We design laser beam offsets using optical fiber scanning beam technologies to enable research centers to have a solution tailored to their specific needs. To succeed, creativity and the obligation of results are at the heart of our approach, recognized by clients such as ONERA, CNET, AIRBUS, CERTAM, DGA

Here is a bench for injection of two lasers of 150 Watts power lasers into 4 single-mode fibers of 600 microns core using polarization merge  module.

 

ELECTRONICS

Most projects require the creation of custom electronic cards, to pilot lasers power, to synchronize lasers to a camera, to drive scanners, to synchronize the laser to external software ...

ERROL works with a very competent partner in the conception and the realization of electronic cards solving all your problems.

 

PROTOTYPING AND SMALL SERIES

Our design office uses SolidWorks 3D design software

 allowing us to model your project as close as possible to reality, and extract all the plans of the custom mechanical parts.

Our employees in Machining and Sheet Metal have been carefully selected for optimum quality of your parts.
